Operating with structured word lists across levels, using TechnoTutor involves vocalizing, writing, typing, and reading word definitions. Self Perfected suggests that using TechnoTutor daily can “purify words,” “reprogram the subconscious,” and enhance learning.
The beliefs behind TechnoTutor are that it can make you wealthy and successful because you can supposedly integrate the vocabulary of millionaires/billionaires into your subconscious mind, and that it is the only way to release negative thought patterns/mental blocks, overcome bad habits, stabilize your emotions, and subconsciously learn information at a much faster speed than reading on its own. Individuals who use TechnoTutor claim to experience breakthroughs while possessing the same habits/thought patterns.
Whether TechnoTutor is effective or not, and despite its claims, TechnoTutor costs over $7,000 for functionality available free in tools like Accelareader, Spreeder, Brillkids, and Swift Read. Users can easily replicate their exact process with these tools and by simply googling the Oxford definitions, and using a laptop notes app.
According to TechnoTutor’s leading distributor, TechnoTutor mimics the functionality of a Tachistoscope, which generally costs around $500-$700. With that said, TechnoTutor is overpriced, and personally, I’ve seen no benefit from daily use.
Free/Affordable Online Tools that Have Similar Functionality as TechnoTutor
BrillKids
Accelareader
Accelareader is completely free, and the UI is drastically different from TechnoTutor, but the core functionality of flashing a string of text is accessible for free. You can adjust the speed of the words flashed, and TechnoTutor does not have this functionality, nor will they tell you the rate at which they flash the words.
You can use any words you’d like, similar to the Customs List on TechnoTutor. It takes in any input you give it.
You can use Accelereader as if you were using the TechnoTutor Basics List by flashing any word, looking up the Oxford definition on Google, then writing the word back in a notes app.

Why They Charge a High Price for TechnoTutor
Members often justify TechnoTutor’s high price by claiming it grants access to the community, yet the community is freely accessible through Facebook groups, local clubhouses, and weekly Zoom calls. All completely free.
Another rationale given is that the earnings will be used to buy company shares and “change the system”. However, TechnoTutor’s founders have profited millions without visible investments or improvements, raising questions about their financial goals.
They continually raise the price for TechnoTutor and their licenses without having a real financial goal/plan to buy out anything, nor do they make any visible improvements to the software itself.
When asked why they charge so much if they want widespread use, a member suggested higher prices motivate consistent use. “If people spend that much money on it, then they’ll be more motivated to use the tool, and if it is cheap, no one will want to use it consistently”, they said. Suggesting that charging a higher price for this product to motivate consumers to use it more consistently is considered very deceptive. This pricing strategy, aimed at increasing motivation, is both deceptive and unethical.
TechnoTutor is Mostly “Effective” for Children
When asked for evidence of TechnoTutor's effectiveness, members often point to the so-called "TT children"—kids raised with TechnoTutor who seem intelligent. However, these children were homeschooled in stable environments, which already sets them apart from the average child raised in today's education system. It is not a surprise they are different from the average child and they shouldn’t be used as a selling point.
While these "TT children" may be bright, it's misleading to use them as a sales tactic, especially when comparing them to kids raised on mainstream media like Ms. Rachel and Baby Shark. The environment and upbringing play a crucial role in a child's development, and attributing their intelligence solely to TechnoTutor is a disingenuous oversimplification.
Don't be swayed by misleading comparisons. Demand real proof of TechnoTutor's effectiveness before investing.
Are the TT kids actually that smart?
The reality is, the cofounder’s kids and many in Self Perfected were raised with intention, homeschooled, and get special attention, unlike most kids who go to daycare early and then put in the school system by age 3. The education system was not designed to make kids geniuses, so comparing them to the cofounder’s smart son, or any of the Self Perfected children, is an illogical comparison. The co-founder’s son is smart, but it doesn’t wow me.
Unfortunately, parents in TechnoTutor raise their kids in ways that can make them socially weird and self-centered. At Self Perfected events, the parents let their kids run up on stage, interrupt speakers, take the mic, and start talking, with no consequences. The children also lack basic manners and social etiquette. They think it’s fine for kids to do whatever they want, even if it’s rude. There was an instance where I was in a zoom meeting for work and one of their children, who I barely knew, kept interrupting my meeting and they enabled the situation.
Strangely, they treat TechnoTutor kids like they’re geniuses, which can make these kids view themselves as superior to others. The adults actually seek advice/guidance from the children, which highlights the level of stupidity in these adults. It’s sad to watch, as they will turn in narcissists when they are older.
While TechnoTutor claims it helps kids read better, it is not the only solution. Again, there’s plenty of software that exists with the same functionality for free of charge, and it doesn’t justify charging $7,000. Free tools like flashcards and the websites I listed can do the same thing. People who are impressed by TechnoTutor might not be thinking enough about how kids naturally learn and grow, with or without TechnoTutor. They were simply easily persuaded, lack common sense, and are incapable of doing basic research.
The Co-Founders Encourage Their Members to Lie to Outsiders
One of the biggest claims about TechnoTutor is that it will make you wealthy and that you cannot possess wealth/success without expanding your vocabulary with TechnoTutor. They claim that billionaires/millionaires have a high vocabulary, and that TechnoTutor is the only way to quickly integrate words pertaining to making money.
This is simply not true, and I explain why later in the article.
The co-founders highly encourage members to lie to outsiders as a marketing tactic. There were members who were wealthy and/or successful prior to joining TechnoTutor, either by a business of their own or their family/parents’ businesses, and the co-founders told them to say they got their cars and luxuries due to TechnoTutor in order to impress people and incite them to inquire about TechnoTutor. They are simply using certain individuals as pawns to sell their product. Any time they see an opportunity to make their product/community look better, they take it, even if it doesn’t involve them. There are members who purposefully buy expensive things they cannot afford to appear wealthy. A huge portion of these individuals are simply putting on a facade with hopes to spread TechnoTutor and their ideologies.
The Undercover Abuse Towards Women & Case of Domestic Violence
There are couples who were matched together by the co-founders. Match-making is a common practice in this community. There was a case of domestic violence that a woman experienced, and while they don’t explicitly advocate for domestic physical abuse, a co-founder made comments as to why women get abused due to them “provoking” the abuse. Despite the instances of domestic violence, the blame for the instability of the relationship would continuously be put on the women for “not using TechnoTutor in order to be emotionally stable”, without knowing the full story. Much of the focus was tied back to whether the women were using TechnoTutor to “stabilize” their mind, as according to the co-founders, “the male in the relationship” needs a stable woman in order to be what they called “an effective distributor for TechnoTutor”.
The co-founder would try to victimize and justify the man’s actions by explaining men’s anger as caused by women’s confrontation, as if a woman confronting their partner in a relationship constitutes a provocation. Their fundamental belief is that women should be submissive to men and if the woman is not submitting properly there are grounds to justify many of the man’s reactions, even abusive ones, as it is the women’s responsibility for striking the man’s nerves.
Instead of guiding the men in the community to follow one of their core principles, Self Responsibility, and to improve and overcome their weaknesses, ex. Sexually desiring other women or being aggressive, they instead pressure the women to change their ways to accommodate the man and better support the man. For example, becoming more feminine and “less aggressive” (i.e. being less assertive) and overcoming jealousy, even though it’s a natural emotion women feel when their partners violate loyalty in the relationship and idolize other women. The core premise of Self Responsibility is that no matter whom you are dating, married to, or sleeping with, YOU are the one responsible for overcoming your own weaknesses. Yet, they find ways to blame the women for the man’s problems.
Using Sexual Intercourse as a Manipulation Tactic: “Downloading” and Energy Transfer During Sex
There’s a common belief that having sexual intercourse with anyone invokes an energy transfer. This is often referred to as “downloading”. Their meaning behind downloading is that any traumas or traits can essentially be transferred to the other person during sex. I have witnessed the co-founders and men in this community use downloading as a manipulation tactic, claiming that the reason my partner was experiencing doubtful emotions was because he slept with me. Essentially, they are making the men believe that the reason as to why they are “emotionally unstable” is because they had sex with “an unstable woman”, and in the act of sex he downloaded her “mental programs”, “traumas”, and “issues”, while simultaneously encouraging men to see women as sources of satisfaction for their sexual needs and telling women that they should overcome the feeling of jealousy that comes along with it. This is not only a huge contradiction in their beliefs, but reinforces this idea that it’s always the woman’s fault that the man is emotionally unstable.
In conclusion, they continuously violate their own principles, and I’ve learned that the best way to determine who has an ulterior motive and who has true intentions is to find the contradiction. There are simply too many contradictions in their practices for anyone to take them seriously or consider them a reliable source. It is unfortunate to see how many young men consume the co-founder’s beliefs without question.
Sexually Perverted and Unprincipled Co-Founders
One of the co-founders explicitly expressed lust towards a young woman in the group during a supposed “private support call”, in which he also made derogatory remarks about another woman’s appearance.
The co-founders also promote disloyalty behind closed doors, implying that it’s natural for men to be sexually attracted and desiring other women besides their girlfriend/wife, and claiming that there’s nothing wrong with the man going to the strip club. A member was told by a co-founder that their partner should be allowed to go to the strip club and then when he gets home have sex with her in order to get “a sexual release”, as if applying those sexual fantasies built up while looking at women in the strip club to his partner in the act of sex. The co-founder’s wife gives advice about women overcoming their jealousy and promotes the idea that women should work on themselves to tolerate the man’s lack of sexual restraint.
The other co-founder showed pornographic images to a couple in their home under the implicit intent that he was “coaching them to have better sex”. These were explicit images of male/female penetration and it was revealed that the co-founder was still watching pornography up until recent years, while teaching the men in the community to not engage with pornography in any way. The core problem here is that men are encouraged not to suppress their sexual needs and to look at other women’s bodies if they feel the need to, and the women are expected to submit to their partners 110% of the time. Female disloyalty and desire for other men is more likely to be rebuked than men’s.
The argument I’m making isn’t about whether going to strip clubs/watching pornography is right or wrong, nor am I judging how people prefer to operate in their relationships. I couldn’t care less about how they spend their time. I am calling out the hypocrisy in these individuals, especially both co-founders. They encourage the male members to quit watching porn, while failing to keep their own word and claiming to make decisions based on “what’s best for all.” Going to strip clubs and watching porn supports businesses that thrive on prostitution and women taking off their clothes for money. We can see clearly that this behavior is not best for all. It is not best for themselves nor their children and yet they put on a facade as if they follow what is best for everyone.
Unlettered Co-Founder Hasn’t Even Used His Own Product to the Fullest
Multiple past distributors have pointed out that one of the co-founders struggles with reading and may even have a learning problem like dyslexia, and even after selling TechnoTutor for multiple years, he revealed that he hadn’t finished the first levels of TechnoTutor, while still implying that you cannot be successful without it — he made millions of dollars (or so he claims) selling products like Kirby vacuums, prior to TechnoTutor, so, how did he do it without TechnoTutor if it’s the solution to success, while potentially having a learning disorder?
